yeah that is how Moomoo makes the most money from, during conversion:

For Moomoo:
5000MYR = 1046 USD
1000USD = 4739 MYR (during sell)

Using Wise transfer to IBKR (and back):
5000MYR = 1042 USD
1000usd = 4,919.54MYR (during sell and send back to MY)

(both above havent include in broker fees and other misc charges)

so need to do some math and make sure your stock is doing a lot better and need to factor in this conversion rate otherwise you think u untung a lot but actually nope

Depends on the user preferability. Some don't like use wise transfer money so far away. They want to do it everything locally.

The few bucks lost via conversion is peanut out of the long term profit .. Most important is got invest. Sit idle in the bank or small amount gain from FD is worse.

Too bad this app can't show top 20/30 volume stocks.
