Mine also with delivery courier still.

I am not really expecting much from this latest Apple TV. I am using the ATV 4 HD version and just upgrading to 4K. That's the main reason to change but I guess no new great benefits other than 4K and new remote.
Would have been nice if the used a never processor than the A12 Bionic.

So far, i have many other streaming devices but experience is still best with ATV despite being 2-3x more expensive.

Oh that is nice! I got an SMS this morning saying that the courier is sending it today as well. Can't wait to set mine up tonight.

From HD to 4K is huge differences especially in HDR.

As long have a TV that is very capable of HDR playback. Else they is no different.

I order late a day. No choice need patiently wait.

Lucky I am not in hurry since I already own and use previous version of Apple TV 4K.

Now at KL Facility, finally custom clearance completed.

I have a problem with ATV. Remote will not turn off TV but will turn on the TV. Volume control works fine. This has been on-going problem for me since ATV 4 HD. I confirm that HDMI-CEC is enabled. TV Brand is Sony.

That's weird, I'm using a Sony TV myself - whenever I put my ATV on sleep mode, my TV will switch off all-together.

Might wanna look at the ATV settings again, usually it's just the CEC function.

Machines Online update their stock. only 32gb available.
As suggested by Apple, if only stream and not heavy gamers, 32gb should be enuf.

Received mine yesterday evening and only set it up this morning.

Finally mine also arrived.

Ok my short comment on the New 2021 Apple TV 4K.

Did I regret upgrade - No.
Is it worth upgrade - Yes.

Improvement

• Remote - Now I am confirmed using the new remote as remote instead previously I use TV Remote. Huge improvement.
• The New Apple TV 4K obvious faster - now I can set Interface in Dolby Vision and no more jerking.

Above 2 improvement already worth the upgrade.

I also notice it is much clear video quality and better sound quality, but is this placebo, I cannot sure, but I feel as like others comment it is better.

Beside this, I no longer feel weird on two 60fps HDR film, it just simply look good and no more shaggy feel anymore - Gemini Man & also Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk.
This two film was record as 60fps for UHD Blu-ray.

yeah..the 2021 ATV 4K seems to have significantly improved video quality against ATV HD. Videos look significantly more vibrant.

Ya, more color seems much strong and balance, also I feel brighther. Also smoother than previous one.

I never had that issue on older Apple TV 4K and new Apple TV 4K as well.

Finally the New Apple TV 4K 2021 Support YouTube in HDR

But the implementation a bit weird like what you did in Windows 10 where you must set your main interface Video by enable as Dolby Vision or HDR.
Recommended set as Dolby Vision if your TV support it as it looks as stunning as SDR for Home Screen in Dolby Vision.

If you not enable Video as Dolby Vision or HDR then the YouTube will not able to playback HDR video as HDR.
The regular SDR video at YouTube still playback as bt709 which is SDR format even though your main interface is set as Dolby Vision or HDR. The match content here at Video setting doesn't work for YouTube apps.

Later you can check the YouTube video is playback as HDR or not by clicking the Stats for nerds and check for Color.
If the Color show as bt2020 means the video is playback as HDR format. The issue is you won't know the YouTube video is HDR or SDR as they is no particular label in Apple TV 4K.

This is not working for previous generation of Apple TV 4K 2017 where all HDR video is playback as bt709 which is SDR format nor matter how you set the main interface.
