old one called versa cash. new one called versa invest. going to have 3 portfolio.
going to same concept like stashaway and kdi invest. this one should be no AI

add-on: i have invested on versa invest (growth) and moderate by doing switching. can see both portfolio on which they invest

not sure Android if already pushed out

All transactions including Deposits and Withdrawals will be disabled from 7-8 May 2022. After updating the app on 9 May (Monday), you will be able to perform all transactions as usual.

As such, kindly arrange to make any deposit or withdrawal by 6 May 2022 (Friday) before our cut-off time (2:30pm) to prevent any delays. Rest assured, your daily returns and bonuses will not be affected during this period.


3. What do I need to do?

Moving forward, you would need to update the app to the latest version to access your account. In order to update the app, your phone operating system would need to be at least:

Android devices - Android 9.0
Apple devices - IOS 10

And moderate and growth what are the underlying asset

Mostly a mixed bag of random Affin Hwang UTs and popular US ETFs, high allocation in MMFs even in the most aggressive growth portfolio.

Mediocre choices and allocation with a massive 1% management fee. Won't even consider it personally.

compared their underlying portfolio and respective self-claimed past performance, I ain't sure but doesn't seem justifying to me.

I mean, even looking past the fact that fund of funds is a terrible deal that is made for the fund manager to earn kickbacks while convincing the customer its "diversification via strategic allocations" and proceed to underperform the general market - the underlying funds for Versa Growth is like a case study for diworsification to me lol

thanks for posting this! as an outsider, I was curious of Versa Invest's portfolio.

yea i second your opinion. it's not too clear what their strategy is, damn lot of overlapping funds/etfs:
- USA Market: IVV (S&P500), ISUS (USA Islamic) and VTI (Total Stock USA). i'd just pick VTI and save on rebalancing between the 3x funds.
- Asian Market: Affin Hwang Select Asia & MSCI All Country Asia. i'd just pick either one.

and like you said, 38% of cash / fixed income in a growth fund? damn.

Okies i think they should have focus to what they begin with.

submit deposit into their verse cash portfolio on 9/5 Evening. Till now still shown status “awaiting fund to be submitted”
