U so naive, how to shopee survive if they don't charge you commission for long term after spending and losing billions every month to get subsidize buyer to buy from you, they also need to survive ma.. just pay the fees, if cannot afford then u can close shop.. or go lazada..or any da..

Be flexible. And prepare for constant change, where can earn go where.
Seems like Shopee employing tactics similar to Uber, whack prices down until competition dies, when they are the last/market dominator, then hike up prices. Thats the typical M.O of tech companies now.

But from shop's perspective it takes longer time to accumulate those ratings. From buyer's perspective it is very very time consuming to check each of every seller rating. |

Bought from lazada sometimes way cheaper than shopee
Only noob generalize shopee cheaper than anything else. Key is be smart. Lot of time brick and mortar store also cheaper and no waiting time to get products
