unless they have certain rules relate to new registered seller.. otherwise can always escape the preferred to just non preferred

it make sense to flush out new seller with low rating that doesn't deliver plus bad after sales service, or sometimes scammer.. but doing it to preferred seller, is like trying to tell ' the more you make sales, the more shopee is going to take from you'..
