There is existing Indah Water sharing the site, could be inactive. Directly opposite will be big surau, may be upgraded to mosque and multiple blocks of PPR.

Been there before, the road condition is the worst. Too many potholes & on top of that, cars are parked at the side of the street ( those PPR residents just simply park their cars by the roadside). The huge number of PPR is another big issue here ( eye sore + high crime area).

Because according to google map, the rawatan kumbahan is actually closer to seruni than the lake.

From google the road very narrow with both side of the road pack with cars ..the main road leading to the condo is 200m?!

Depends on which direction u from,

If from ppr desa rejang , confirm is narrow cause too many double park from ppr residence (red)

If u from the pasar / rampai lrt back to seruni is better no double park a lot (purple and green)




Although the environment many ppl said double park is everywhere and road is dirty ( i believe that after seruni residence done completed will clean up and not allow ppl throw rubbish at there )

But the thing i want to remind and mention it is rumawip the location might not so suitable from outsider setapak cause the environment might worst than u current living area if u want take it to compare haha.

If this seruni compare to awani , i believe that it win on largest sqft , less density

If u feel not good because of nearby ppr desa rejang , i can say awani at air panas there got more ppr too (ppr semarak, ppr airpanas, ppr sg bonus)


Conclusion no project is 100% perfect is depends on what u need and what u can accept

Really funny when i read the comment here, road too narrow la, ppr la, dirty la, sewage pool la, if that so rumawip is not suitable for you better buy a normal condo instead. For this price 295k, largest sqft, low density, 3tier security is already a bargain since location in city centre.

Everyone got their personal perspective, it's good to share their concerns publicly instead of hidingx2.

But then there are rumawips that don't have these problems albeit have smaller sizes so its a give and take.

People can talk good and talk bad about this project. Its normal, this is a democratic country and this is a forum.
