Noted that it will be constructed on a land where previously itis a sewerage pool, any expert mind to share your thought on this? Does it affects the structural integrity in the long run?

Developer build Bintang Mas Condominium on ex-IWK site near LRT Cheras and still standing strong as at today after at least 5 years if not more. From Google map seem the sewerage plant has been de-activated

Conclusion
Pros -low density -bigger size -better facilities than most rumawip Cons -access road (double park) -surau behind project -site was a sewage pool Anything more to add on? |

Remember, rumawip only offers 1 carpark for each unit, very little units have the option to buy second carpark.
