Just got back from the sales gallery. About 10% booked. Corner unit facing Genting (unit no. 6) booked out, only top floor left because water tank is at roof.

924sqf. Bargain.
Proposed Facilities and facade looks amazing, hope they can deliver. With all these facilities and lower range density of Rumawip, maintenance fee of 0.25s psf is good. 295k, I think the agent told me legal fees not included yet like other Rumawips (correct me if I'm wrong).

Got bus stop 5 mins away linking to Sri Rampai LRT.

I think the most value for money Rumawip available to buy currently.

Parc 3 worse in term of the access road?

Not necessarily, if you have property(ies) in other states out of KL but don't have any in KL, you still can buy rumawip

Genting better imo, city view you will just look at ppr desa rejang which is really semi eyesore.

condition of access road is terrible. remember tis is rumawips here at low pricing.

Just come back from the project site and take drone view. Yes, the road is jammed pack, please buy 2 parking if possible. BTW, if I wasn't buy my current rumawip, I think I will go for this project.
Looking at the amber at cheras, i'm quite impressed with the facade. Plus 924sqft for 295k, seems this project better than skyawani series. Skyawani 4 too high dense, this project seems better, even the road there too pack.
