Basically, the site itself was a sewerage treatment plant before and there is an existing sewerage treatment plan beside the ppr taken rejang.

What's your view if the land was previously a Sewage treatment plant? I'm concerned on the structural integrity in the long run, even though theoretically it is safe..

Not sure as im not a civil engineer. One thing I ask myself when contemplating about this project, is the extra size worth it?

Well it depends what the buyers' want, but I can say most them just buy by looking at its size without considering other factors

Genting better imo, city view you will just look at ppr desa rejang which is really semi eyesore.
*
Only 35 storey above you'll be able to view KLCC. As for Genting view, same as well. Soon, there'll be Sunway Avilla blocking the view.

If mega projects can be built on reclaimed lands in JB, Melaka and Penang, why wanna worry on this?

What’s the concern? That you’ll sink into a pit of refuse. Pretty sure it’ll be considered bad feng shui though.

Congrats to the buyers.

It's at such a convenient location for those who are working in KL City Centre.

How's the traffic leading the project? Went there last time and the road could seem to be a little narrow.

apart from the narrow roads and the neighboring PPRs, the project is top notch.
