Noted that it will be constructed on a land where previously itis a sewerage pool, any expert mind to share your thought on this? Does it affects the structural integrity in the long run?

Basically, the site itself was a sewerage treatment plant before and there is an existing sewerage treatment plan beside the ppr taken rejang.

What's your view if the land was previously a Sewage treatment plant? I'm concerned on the structural integrity in the long run, even though theoretically it is safe..

Not sure as im not a civil engineer. One thing I ask myself when contemplating about this project, is the extra size worth it?
*
Well it depends what the buyers' want, but I can say most them just buy by looking at its size without considering other factors

What’s the concern? That you’ll sink into a pit of refuse. Pretty sure it’ll be considered bad feng shui though.

My concern is if there is possibility of sinking, then habis la our assets
