Dont worry... this Morris and Casper dad is Malaysia champion la. I think now my breeder is finding a dam on heat to breed another litter. I already told him I want to be the first to pick a female out of the next litter. At the same time, another breeder (my cousin's friend) also got westie but his westie cert is stuck in Taiwan so temporary no breeding until the cert comes.

Yes, buy westie got a bit more consideration but most wirey hair type is also fine - still very nice looking but this Morris and Kuro is exceptional la.

The world is so small... I find westie in adpost.com, I saw Casper's sister, Morris's picture... Then, I found Morris profile at Dogster... Then Morris owner and I, communicate with message, e-mail and SMS... Then she introduce me to a man name Mr. Chan (westie breeder)... So I called Chan and speak to him... He lives two streets away from my house.

Going to visit Mr. Chan's champion westies tonight, will take some pictures.

Casper's breeder live opposite my gf house.

Ok, I just went to Mr. Chan's place earlier during lunch. This was what happened. I called him when I got to his gate with my gf. He opened the door and welcomed us. Ok cool~!!~

So, I was speaking to him halfway and his daughter, my age, ran out the house and called out to me. I was shocked to find out that she is actually my college-mate... freaking small world! Just that I didnt know Mr. Chan is her dad or that is her house!

Then the daughter told Mr. Chan who I am because she knows my family and cousins. Turns out Mr. Chan plays golf with my uncle (mother's bro) and is classmate with my another uncle (mother's second bro).

The best part is that my uncle's Labrador stud Mr. Chan's labrador before last two years!!

Now, I am hoping he will give me a good discount, else, I will just bring my uncles and cousins over with me, that time he dont give discount also paiseh! Hahahahaha... I'm evil.

I should get my new Westie in 2 - 3 weeks time.

Mr. Chan = my elder uncle's golf fren
Mr. Chan = my younger uncle classmate
Mr. Chan daughter is my college mate and also my church mate
Mr. Chan daughter knows my cousin also
Mr. Chan female labrador is my uncle's male labrador 'wife'

Anyway, I saw his Westie from a different champion line. He is going to bring in a whole new litter from JB in 2 - 3 weeks time, so that's roughly when I will get my new doggy.

Comparing Mr. Chan breed and Casper... his breed is more compact, Casper has longer tail, body and ears. Mr. Chan westie has shorter tail, body and ear.

I'm going to let them breed in the future to see the best of both worlds.

Actually, I am curious to know - if I have a 1 year dog (Casper) and a new 2 month dog (female havent decide on name)... how should I arrange their sleeping place ah? Eat together? Shower together? If they sleep together, she will be ok if she's not on heat right?

I dun understand the on-heat cycle thing ler. I dont want to breed them so fast, now no money - maybe 2 yrs later!! Is there anything I should know about preventing 'accidents' before the 'right' time (which is much later, like 18 to 24 months later)?

Now, I am planning to take this seriously. I thought female pup only start to be on heat AFTER 12 months of age? My breeder explained it to me like this:

When a female pup first be on heat, she can deliver baby but it's not safe. Just like any 12 year old human girl can deliver baby but not good for her body and may cause delivery problems.

So, it is best to wait at least 18 months of age before letting her be pregnant. 18 months of dog age is like a fresh girl 18 years old. That time only deflower her.

He told me this in cantonese which I dont really understand but that's roughly it. I may get the months and age part wrong. Please correct me I made any mistake.

Anyway, I need to clarify some things:
1. How old a female pup will be on heat
2. If on heat, how long? (no. of days)
3. If so happens if Casper 'rape' her off before she on heat for the first time, what will happen? (in case Casper wanna show dominance or what, his ding-dong is always hard and out whenever got girls come to my house... Sometimes, I call him super hamsap dog)
4. Is it advisable to let them stay together when no one is at home, lets say from 9 - 5pm?
5. Is there anything else I need to know for a male and female pup to live together?
6. One of my main purpose to get a female westie is to let Casper have companion (current times) and a family (in the future). But, I worry he simply bang her when they are home alone, worry she die.
7. If I lock her up, means she got no access to do her biz during on-heat. If I lock him up, means he dont have access to do his biz. This can be quite troublesome.

Thanks for the advise. Just want to clarify with everyone that I am have no intentions of breeding them NOW, I want to separate them for the next 18 months or so until I am more financially stable. To feed 7 mouths can be quite troublesome.

Mr. Chan daughter jumped out in a homely t-shirt and hot pants. She is tall, fair and got long hair. During our younger days, she is like one of those top rated beautiful girl from Klang.

The type that can make you pengsan but gf is there, nanti kena tarik telinga ooo... Hahahaha...

I didnt take any photos of the girl or the westies la. You want who to kill me? My gf or her dad? Many girls can make men heart melt, not just her - my gf oso can, obviously, else i wont be with her.

The westie I saw is more 'compact' compared to casper, smaller, shorter legs, face, tail. I didnt know westie has so many variation. Anyway, it was quite dirty due to the fact that they're not showered for a few weeks now. This Mr. Chan only cares about profit I think.

Anyway, the westie pup I am getting is from JB, not from the dam and sire I saw at his place. He is going down to JB to pick up a litter which is not from these two Westies at his house. I should get my new Westie in 2 weeks or so if I decide to buy from him after I have view the pup.
