Just saw my floor plan at snp , lvl 3 donโ€™t have any OKU parking ๐Ÿ˜‚ maybe lvl 2 convenience for them ? ๐Ÿ˜…haha

But the shorea park too inside at the puchong meranti, in the future to move in staying , need pass a lot of traffic light and the peak hours is totally stuck in the road , just my opinion la , haha
Suria garden can pass direct flyover to LDP

Ya. The bad things is jam during peak hour unless you familiar with the short cut in that area. if not, will jam. Same as Suria. Peak hour also jam unless take the another road to go out LDP. Just pass by Suria development site today. Beside empty land now sold but dunno future will sold to who and build what. This the main concern on the beside empty land. If sold to someone who build small factory in future then will gg. Everything have pro and con but this price per sq ft is considered high already in that area thats the reason this project give fully furnished. Price already include the fully furnished. If totally calculate price per sq ft, this already expensive then the hillcrest height. Their price per sq ft almost same. But too late for me to buy it. Have to look for other development. That day go see the mutiara hilltop. very nice just this not a freehold project. Price per sq ft almost same as suria. Just my opinion also. hehe

the part u say beside suria empty plot if build small factory will be bad of coz but no one knows now, even so if it is still small n only 1. if u compare shorea meranti, it is surrounded with factories from the road to enter shorea.

erm, what's wrong with selangorku residents? they r Malaysian no? shorea surrounded by factories on the road entrance, it's going to be hostels for foreigners no? i don't know.. that's how i sees, maybe I'm wrong

SAMM unit cost RM500 ++ per square feet, around RM270K per unit, not the typical RM100k to 150k development. It is not cheap by any means, i think most buyers will be young family or couples.

They will be paying same amount of maintenance fees as rest
