Type A kitchen is really small, I am now wondering where to put microwave, I wonder if the space above the fridge is designed to put Microwave.

Maybe Suria Garden 2 when Trend Cell decided to move their warehouse and Binastra bought that piece of land.
That warehouse is unsightful anyway, it would be better if it is re-developed into another residential or commercial building but not a warehouse, then price for Suria Garden will increase for sure

First FF project by Binastra, shouldn’t be too bad I guess.
Agent said all “branded” furniture, I am waiting to see how branded it is going to be then we can judge.
Agent didn’t confirm what brand of fridge or washing machine they will provide, just can confirm that it will not be China brand, most likely will be Japanese or Korean brand

After surveying other condos around, I think the rental for Suria Garden will be around RM1400-RM1700/month (fully furnished unit), if can rent out at RM1700 then can ngam ngam cover the installment, but still not enough for maintenance fees though.

Hopefully aircond, kitchen cabinet and other applicances will be same or similar for SG.

Not putting high hope on furniture though, most likely will be some unknown brand from China taobao, as we all know branded furniture is quite expensive.

Mmm… more than that may be a bit too optimistic, with a lot of government subsidised housing (eg rumahwip) flooding into the market. Having said that, if Rio city is a success, prices in Puchong Utama will increase for sure
