Always thought Puchong Utama only have Hillcrest group.

Now have new developer coming in.

More new players coming to Puchong area.

This project Suria Garden have been postponed to November due to the lockdown plus their showroom and sales gallery is still under renovation.

The sizes that they have is from 876sf - 917sf. Their price range is around RM500K+-
E.g. for 876sf unit price is around RM460k for 3 bed 2 bath comes with 2 car park.

Puchong south very happening. Abadi height, myra meranti and etc... many new property recently.

Currently is abadi height n myra meranti.

U may google search. Btw all those area are leasehold

Price range around 650k to 950k

Or bukit puchong by bukit hitam. 900k to 1mil plus.

Yes, Bromelia Bukit Puchong supposed full booked and sold out.
and left some of the units at Diamond Taman Putra Prima.

Errr... diamond there a bit scary. Taman Mas there land slide.
And everyday u have to pass through high tension cable to home...

I personally not really suka there.

From their website. So that I dont know this info is valid or no. Since they can amend anytime.

What's the difference between c and a/b

Maybe like shoreapark concept or studio unit.

Shoreapark smallest unit is essential unit which buyer need to register from gov website. Shoreapark is combine normal unit and esstiantial unit. Which I dislike.

Suria garden one need to wait for they soft launch.

Essential unit/studio one block
And balance all normal units maybe.

Overall to me, I will avoid and skip.
