I try play with DDR booster before. Yeap, you set the voltage through a potentiometer knob on the module itself. Using it then you will not be able to change the bios VDimm, but not all mobo can sustain till 3.9V.

That is weird, changing new PSU and yet still low. Perhaps power cord issue?

Just change my power cord.... This value comes out
