just finish installing windows. now fresh2. Now running at stock~~~. lazy to push up again. at most now i will run at 3ghz 1:1. didnt really utilize it.

wat to do.... just normal watching dvix, dvd burning and some office typing. now running at stock also same no feel. so let it be la. normal task the temp stay <35C, idle 26C. Satisfied already.

now benq 19" rm579?? last time i bought RM599. for that price you hardly complain on it la. i wont get the RM8xx HP 19", try getting dell 22" entry level LCD @ rm8xx also. watch movie sure syok. well, quality sure not as good as the expensive 19" la.

now i feel that my 19" a bit small if watch movie a bit far from monitor. Its time to check my eyes.

About my system.. Hm.. Yup! Last time 3.0E was using CL3.. And now was uisng 2.5.. Thats why the PI score boost up alot. As for my current proc, i think it shouldnt be a problem to push until 250mhz FSB. As for now, i just using the stock voltage for both vcore and vdimm. If add a little more vcore & vdimm i should able to hit that.

The PDP was using TCCD chip. Thats why it can run high speed but stay in low vdimm. Haha.. Its ex-owner albert did 260mhz (if im not mistaken) with this kit @ 3-4-4-8 @ 2.8v vdimm eh. But anyways, i has been told by albert not to fried this kit with add more then 2.7v. Promised him to take good care of this ram thou.

Your Vcore and RAMs are okay
Vagp a bit on the high end only

1.7V aaa ... does it's seems to high for Vagp ?

not to say the xp120 no use. maybe next time when change rig can pinday also ma. now keeping it cool down my stock speed. use stock HFS bising la. my case not full tower, giant cooler cant put in.

I guess the 7600gs should be not a problem, perhaps you can try OC your proc to get a better result. BTW, what GC are you using now?

I guess if you have suffcient cooling to the NB, it should be fine. The VAGP is feed to the NB for stabilization.

pengster seems like ur system really cannot go any further. Have u ever to the lower the fsb? Do u face and BSOD on speed below 2.7Ghz?

Pengster u can squeeze another 300mhz speed count ok already. Since ur using cap palang psu.. That might be a problem of limiting u to get higher speed. 68GT? Yea.. Power hunger monster..

Haha.. Powerlogic wasnt a cap palang PSU eh. Even 300W also its a quality type. My cap palang were refer to those 500W under RM80 type. Hm.. Have u ever try with change ur GC and OC again? Might be ur 68GS consuming too much power?

your current setup will only consume more or less below 500W.

your ideal PSU will be anything rated 500W or 550W.

go for that with true power type. if u going for future proof, get the OP650 ,maybe last u for a year, instead, get the 850W true power rating PSU. peace of mind.

how long you didnt format your pc?? i afraid that is the gc driver that make BSOD. this maybe the issue as you are switching from ATi to Nvidia.

if you have time, try set back to stock speed and fresh install windows. When everything is fine, you start to oc slowly till you hit the wall. just my 2 cents.

i believe your cpu can get near 3GHz. good luck.

hmm....so weird if like that. what message does ti says in BSOD?? less_or_not_equal? or page_on_non_page_area? or driver error??

like i said, try reformat once again. i face this problem before when upgrading driver. i didnt unstall the driver completely then it cause some instability problem. Before updating driver, better use forceware remover(or something like that) to remove gc driver. normally uninstall using control panel there is not so 'clean'. some still in registry, system folder, temp folder etc. Correct me if i am wrong.

better get the gc according to your need. unless you have a very powerful system and enough cash, then get the 79series or 1950pro will be great. or else, buy the mid-end gc like 76gt/gs, 68gs/gt card. i believe they can serve you well with the cash you paid without having much cpu bottleneck. hunt your gc at garage section. Nowadays its quite hard to get new agp card(almost to muzium already).

Hah.. By then, i dint know that my card were pre-OC. As the previous owner din tell me about that also. But i had searched over the internet then foudn the clarification. Yeap.. Agreed with u! The Pre-OC card cannot OC too much. Like mine.. Artifacts found when OC more then >5%.

By then guys.. Make the deal with AllnGap. Ordered 2 100mm to 90mm Acrylic Fan adapter. Cost me RM35 for those two adapter + shipping. Wanna make sandwich cooling.

It means the efficiency of the PSU. The higher the efficiency means the better power output of the PSU. Correct me if im wrong.

fylon...can help me count da most exact wat kinda PSU i need...when i go to that calculator....he recommend me 265watt PSU.... = =!!
