I'm not a laptop person, so I've never dealt with illegear before, but I put after sales service as one of the priorities when buying a pricey hardware. Now I'll think twice before recommending this brand to others.

For the same spec Alienware costs almost double.

I wonder if RTX 3060 only 6GB GDDR6 VRAM might be too low if want to last for few years

Hey man is that Dell G series spec?
Coz im looking at getting G series too but still in survey mode as im still undecided.
I m tilting towards dell solely for their after sales support/Warranty which is excellent with office laptops.
