Hopefully shopee but I got a feeling it will be on lazada again since the past 2 sales are only done there. Who knows they might switch to shopee or have it on both

yes. chatbot replied. I think. I got same replied yesterday. My 8g ordered 4/4 also 'to pack'.

27/03 order still not delivered, send out 7 april from hk then handled by Ninjavan.....

stucked at their HQ since 11 april till today not yet arrive to sabah.

i just got mine, pre-ordered on 4/4, delivered by LEX
whats weird is, my bro ordered on the same time and day but his status is still 'To Pack'
i wonder how they manage the orders

my 8/4 order arrive dy and I forgot how I hate rounded screen phone..
and I got green tint screen but not noticeable

They split out orders randomly in small batches.

Order on 4/4.
Status "Item Packed" for a week, I think.
Chat with CS but inform will be sent out next week.

Seems like the poco certified store have no experience handling this big amount of orders.

It sounded like very efficient on that time. But now look back, it quite crap

Maybe they receive shipment from hong kong also by batch. So cant shipp all order at once coz most stock don't arrived yet from hong kong.

You need to know that CS is just to solve customers' questions. They also rely on production line CS info. Afaik, K40/P30 is selling like a hot cake and production line cannot keep up the sales. The shortage of SOC may be another reason too.

And it only took me 3rd attempt (1st 2 lens thrown in rubbish bin) to get without bubbles. I think its much easier if we just order case with build in glass protection.

that also the problem, if cant keep up with demand dont oversell if cannot cope.
if pre-order for 2k unit, make sure can make the 2k unit in time before the shipping ETA.
