Hi bro, I'm facing the same problem too. I installed the parking surveillance cable and it works. But i notice that sometime when it detect something in parking surveillance mode, the cam led will turn green and just stay still won't off itself. When i start my car then the screen appear but the led still remain green and not recording. Sometime it also can't detect my parking surveillance cable don't know what issue🤦🏻♂️ |

my dash cam pro date and time always reset every time i switch on my engine. No matter how i adjust to recent date or time, it will then become 2018 01 01. Is it mean i need to change the battery? I saw in shopee got battery replacement for RM20 only. Is it reliable?

Hi all,
I just installed A500S in my car yesterday, while fiddling with the dashcam configuration, i noticed that we could choose either "high compression" or the "low compression ratio". I'm not sure whats the difference between these two.
I wanted to know which option is the best for the best resolution/quality?

I bought the A500s brand new about 2 months ago. Since last week, the camera kept turning itself off and on again for no reason.
I have tried factory reset and changed the SD card but still the same problem.
Then I disconnected the rear camera and voila, no more shutdown. If I replug the rear camera, it will shutdown again.
WTF!?!?
Expensive piece of crap! Ain't worth 400 bucks!
Will use without the rear camera for now and repurpose the old Yicam as the rear camera.
The best part? An el-cheapo Asawin works fine on my other car with 2 cameras running. And it is only 200 bucks!
