I bought the A500s brand new about 2 months ago. Since last week, the camera kept turning itself off and on again for no reason.

I have tried factory reset and changed the SD card but still the same problem.

Then I disconnected the rear camera and voila, no more shutdown. If I replug the rear camera, it will shutdown again.

WTF!?!?

Expensive piece of crap! Ain't worth 400 bucks!

Will use without the rear camera for now and repurpose the old Yicam as the rear camera.

The best part? An el-cheapo Asawin works fine on my other car with 2 cameras running. And it is only 200 bucks!

Threw away sometime back. Unreliable shit.
