This part quite straight, and we talking about 5x Rally champion driving w accelerator floored. So .. quite close la just to give everyone an idea (and that its not meant to go faster than say Myvi) about this small sized SUV

well if u see the spec, power almost similar to myvi. just i think lil bit heavy. so its as expected.
but as u know also,this car not built for top speed. more on city driving and low speed. as u get the high torque at low rpm.

yes, i know that road quite straight, but its not fair, since the initial speed after corner might be loss due to uphill. so its might took longer time to reach the top speed regardless who driving it.
so flat and straight road much better if want to do fair comparison.

I've been doin it since late 90s since the time the famous sun cool n extra cool tint era. Normally after tint sun cool on, i double it wif 60% black on. Look naizeee for that time lar. Now oso still got pipo do it i see. Some double it wif 50% black, some 60% black, some 80% black.

Keep ur myvi n just get ativa.

I did trade in my very old Myvi but SA used Carsome instead. Price is pretty good for an ABS-less car manual car.
I booked on 22 February and loan approved on 25 February. I doubt it has anything to do with trading in.

I doubt that. I didn't trade in my old car but I got the car last Saturday. Based on an official reply from Perodua someone shared in an FB group, and what my SA shared with me, I got it early because I booked on the 1st day and picked the grey color.

Few days back test drive ativa liao

Compared to my 1.0t 3 cylinder ford fiesta

- 3 cylinder vibration much better in ativa. Almost cannot feel. But then again ativa is new my car almost 6 years old

- acceleration from standstill to maybe around 100km/h feels similar to my fiesta, very punchy. But ativa seems to lose out of steam once above 140km/h while the fiesta loses it at around 185km/h+

So yeah this ativa very good for city driving

Let see how ativa after 5 yrs nextime. Hope the vibration not get worse. But so far alot people i know who drive axia, not all of them complaint got vibration, some said still ok even after few years owned the axia.
