Planning to get the s20+ snapdragon {12gbram +128gb rom) from dual flex @3399 after researching haha

Is S20 FE at rm2099 worth it right now? Only 4G and exynos though. Looking to upgrade from my crappy old iPhone 7+.

If you don't the Exynos and touch screen problem, RM2099 is actually a good buy.

It's the SD that makes all the difference.

Another option is to get a fairly new FE 5G which is SD based. Can get a couple of months old set for around 2.3k or less.

just update my S20fe 5g to android 11, facing higher battery consumption, overnight battery drain at 8%.
Anyone facing this issue?

Haha good lorh. A consolation for exynos. Get earlier update than the snapdragon. I been refreshing every day and still no progress. Hahahaha.

I read and follow recommendation from reddit to wipe cache partition, look like got improvement, will monitoring it at longer period.

Anyone who's now on S20 FE 5g previously from Huawei? How's the call volume?

I'm on P20 Pro, but i was talking on a S10e the other day, the difference in call volume is huge, S10e was very soft compared to my P20 Pro.

Wondering if it will the same for S20 FE 5g.

5G has Snapdragon processor and 8/256GB.
LTE has Exynos and (I think) 6/128GB.

Looks like the S20 FE 5G clear view casing is quite pricey compare to the rest of S20 family.

Hi guys, just want to hear feedback from fe user regarding the touchscreen issue...i'm not a mobile gaming person so does it really bother me regarding the touchscreen sensitivity issue? interested in fe 5g since its SD chipset

Would like to hear about this too. Is the ghost touch issues been solved? or atleast is it noticeable and would hinder my gaming experience?

U can check Shopee/Laz, there's some selling at 2899 now; or if u can wait double digit sales day/laz bday sale, maybe can get slightly lower


I do not have any touch screen issues on a daily usage, n don't plan to do any test to see if it really does have issues.

Pinch zoom scroll all quite smooth overall, straight out from the box. Love it!

Haha i think minority units will only have this problem so it will be blind luck if you ever get the faulty units

ya true enough..most of the feedback that i saw on youtube mostly when try too use multiple fingers on screen...bcos like i said i'm not into mobile gaming so should be no issue for normal use

No issues on the touchscreen at all so far.

Stay away from this phone if u play games, i will not recommend it until they solve the multitouch touch issue. They should recall and replace the screen/digitizer, it will not solve with software update...

Even for daily usage without playing game, once a while my screen will not detect any touch or some area will not register touch until I restart the phone and its functioning again.
Im on the latest firmware with one UI 3.1, always have accidental touch when the phone in pocket. Even lock screen, it will randomly touch the keypad and dialing (which is for emergency).
Enabling/Disabling the accidental touch protection does not help.

Like other ppl, im buying it coz of size, SD and sdcard slot...still prefer my note10+ SD version over this s20fe.

i tot the accidentally touch in pocket has nothing to do with the ghost touch. i have this issue when putting my phone in my pocket and go out for walk. accidentallytoich had been activated as this is always my default setting. when i take it out, phone screen feel bit warm and cant unlock it, it say something like multiple tries error login, something like this... now I M having ghost touch!

I had this problem, could even hear the phone dial touch tones as I walked.
Turns out, my lock screen was set to activate on double tap (in motions and gestures screen), so it was on in my pocket (although not unlocked) and the emergency dialing was on.
After I disabled this feature, hasn't happened again.

Do S20 FE still have touch screen issues? Thinking to get this phone.

Been using for a month now. Seems okay. No issues for me. Not sure if rest of owners here can share the same experience.

Mine is 5G Snapdragon processor.

By the way, if anyone needs S20 FE camera lens protector can buy from me. I have some extra from 3.3 Shopee overpurchase.

Letting go at RM5 one lens. Better if can COD. Delivery, another RM5 within west Malaysia.

normal usage i dont encounter any problem so far , just finger print sometime need 2,3time only pass but sometime 1 time pass depends on ur finger posistion i think.


for game, i downlaoded back game i used to play wang zhe rong yao to test, character movement control no problem at all ,but sometime i want to out power ,press with the screen button sometime seem not responsive , not sure if i
am not used to the button or what or not used to the screen as become bigger than my last phone.
