can't have all good talents... have to "balance"

Other than the 10x failed cook achievement, nope.

There are plenty of not good talents already. Such as Ganyu & Zhongli 15% ore refund when crafting weapon. That's like 8 crystal chunks, much wow. If only the northlander billets are given more often instead of like once every quarter. HuTao's one is worst, it's downright bad.

Yes. The recipe and the ores are all obtainable if you haven't got it already.

I forged 1, put there collecting dust. I think that spear not even good for Rosaria.

The spear is crap. Crescent Pike is anytime better.

Tragically no. Vortex Vanquisher & Skyward Spine provides little to nothing for HuTao.

You're better off putting that 3* White Tassel honestly. She'll appreciate the crit rates more. As for 4* weapons, Dragon's Bane, Blackcliff & Death Match are the top choices.

No it's worst than even White Tasset which is a 3 stars spear. Skyward Spine simply doesn't do anything for her.

What other spears do you have?

the sub stat weapon pyro/hydro affected, get 20% extra damage spear

Dragon's bane? Yeah it's not too bad, but need to run with Xingqiu, you get the constant pyro/hydro. Pretty OP for vape.

The video malakus posted above tested it along with other spears.

she would, but if you have a R3 dragon's bane, I would try to aim for crit rate from artifacts and go with the dragon bane for high EM and base atk
