Still not worth it la for first home buyer. Better off getting WIPs.

If not mistaken, Block B (Bachelor Suites) no Carparks provided. As they will construct a bridge like to jelatek station.

divide by 3 if its a normal size condo unit... some ppl will say ok laaaaaa.... tongue.gif tongue.gif still if its 900sqft condo... the whole project have more than 1700 units... thats freaking high dense to me...

Look at that toilet...

I bet the size of a camper van/ RV toilet lol. How can u stand such size toilet if u staying there?

The proper size toilet for that layout should be its whole kitchen + the current toilet.

Some more at the shower area theres a beam to cover the pipings. How the hell do you fit in the shower area that small??

some one sent me info about this. what the hell they want to build 280sf. If for students hostel, then its fine... i dont think single working adult will consider to stay in even for short term...

Which connected at level 1 from the 4 level shopping mall.which the agent also told me the mall will operate 1Q next year. KFC, A&W , supermarket all at the shopping mall . Now more than 85% retails already confirm despite current situation. Maybe developer giving out a lots of freebies.
