Next week can see the actual unit. Will take some photos and share. Already make appointment with the agent. Size from 600sf, 1200sf n 1600sf. + the LRT really at ur door step. Which connected at level 1 from the 4 level shopping mall.which the agent also told me the mall will operate 1Q next year. KFC, A&W , supermarket all at the shopping mall . Now more than 85% retails already confirm despite current situation. Maybe developer giving out a lots of freebies.

Agent told me now they doing a big hair cut…..

viewing this Wednesday with Developer sales manager, cause we going as group purchase… update u guys with photos and details ya…. If the packages is good why not we just group up and get better deal rite….
