what i can observe is that jnt eliminate manual sorting. all jnt slip are digital and need to be done before hand using shoppe or their website. when customer input the delivery address, the system knows which delivery branch that need to be sent.

at jnt slip u can see the branch number printed out terus.

this is different from other courier where they need determine which branch to sent after they receive the courier. this takes a lot of time.

Then others can replicate maybe. If poslaju really laju. Its good to have more options as user.

Praise them once & the old shit returns. My item being sent from one hub to another in KL. Item bought from KL. And I think another item I bought from Johor could reach me faster. No consistency in good service.

so far poslaju is the most stable from my experience

and i always buy from shopee, shopee free delivery voucher, only cover first 3kg for j&t, meanwhile poslaju first 5kg
