I took a gamble yesterday. J&t still efficient. Seems like they pass the bad time. Bad time when boikot time, kena delay till 5 days

So much praise for J&T here but in the last month, I've had 3 parcels that all took over 10 days to reach even though all are within Klang Valley. Hotline also works half the time, it's been sitting in their Hub for days which is 8 mins drive from me but they won't let me self collect also due to MCO. Very annoying.
