J&T my place getting worse mco or no mco. Last few delivery they dunwan come in ground floor apartment. Or even wait at gate. I need go out walk 10~20meter outside apartment block gate to their van get frm them. The lady courier is just too lazy get out of van.

Few delivery ago I wasn't around was driving outside so I switch off my phone she came to meet an elderly member of my family angry at them because I did not answer the phone and that she had to come into the apartment block to deliver the package. The bitch really cb.

Few months ago I personally got scold by another J&T who claims I never wrote my address as apartment block since they went to somebody else landed property wait for me. I had to shout at him back. WTF all other courier include pos laju can knock on my door no issue.

Getting fed up with J&T Penang they can go die.

This happen during mco 1.0 I had to go to their center to get. Everyday same out of droppoint bullshit. After I get I check tracker suddenly delete all the out of droppoint and state they deliver to me. Bullshit.

Then ur area need to use other bro. Lucky others is 1-2 day delivery only. Complaint them kaw2 then
