Some parcel missing somewhere but they just pay you compensation for RM300 max, no matter how previous that thing was..

many of the J&T branch are not owned by J&T themselves, it's privately owned like opening MCD branch

in WM, they work....but sadly not in sabah

They delivered my parcel around 8pm yesterday. I will only choose Jnt or dhl for delivery now.

They are fast but the staff just drop the parcel on lobby after calling me, if somebody took the parcel then i have to makan sendiri. Other courier company will not do that without your presence.

No thanks. Just because they are fast doesn't mean they are good. They hired part time people which could be rempit that steal and reopening the parcel. If you buy high value stuff that is > Rm1000 please use other courier.

J&T for stuff Rm50 and below.
Yes, POSLaju is slow these day but I trust the workers. They are at least properly hired unlike J&T.

what J&T doing is sorta like what china is doing, using those freelancer, sort of like those grab/food panda. and seems to give good commission as many of the delivery man try to deliver u quickly, even at night or sunday. this is helping the jobless people, which is a good thing

but i do agree with u, if high value stuff, probably can choose courier service that hire their own worker instead outsource. but then again, sometimes those courier service also outsource to other company to do it.

Rarely bought from Shopee coz of all the horror stories previously. My area Lazada LEX is super efficient.

May consider purchase from Shopee if not because of their misleading listing. They shouldn't allow accessories pricing for an item to be lump with the main item in the same page.

Maybe yes and no. If u are registered. U do stuff like dis, the said courier guy can kena. Plus they must have agreement and etc.

There are famous horror stories involving J&T missing parcel and reopening parcel by their outsourced workers. For example, the case involving Rm3k smartphone in fb. Even my friend also get into this mess. He previously praised J&T during early days but something happened to the delivery involving his PC parts. Case not resolved and he not gonna choose J&T from now on.

For POSLaju, I use them since 2009 I never get such things.
Only time I get such issue with Skynet courier but luckily get compensated and item value doesnt high.
