Anyone knows if it's true that J&T runs on franchise concept for their branches?

Dont think there was any insurance since the first leg of the trip wasn't handled by them. Never ordered anything into Malaysia after. Dont think ive ever had trouble tracking down items in HK / Aus. Sure there might be some delays but never had the issue of the delivery guy taking my items lol

Some said Shopee wil hold payment until customer receive the item and not Lazada, is it true?

Bought an item on Shopee yesterday at 5pm, this morning at 11am already received. J & T.

yes Shopee will only release payment after customer receive payment or after 3 days status has been changed to delivered.
Lazada no. but even so many people say Lazada return/refund process is better than Shopee.
Regardless almost everyone got horror stories to share from both Lazada and Shopee.

they learnt from Korea. Soon, order before 8am, after lunch can arrive if buyer and seller from the same state.

I think you can try DHL. Lets just be realistic on J&T, generally they are cheap and fast. If your area J&T is good, (not just fast) then can use. You should not use their service if your item expensive item.

J&T is now my preferred choice in shopee too. They even delivered a parcel to me on 1 Jan 2021.

Pos laju? Probably bring my parcel cuti2 malaysia around first before delivering to me.

J&T really did improve, but ABX also gooding.

Best experience with J&T was when Friday evening place order for item, seller sent on Saturday, arrived Sunday afternoon. Damn fast.

Also I like how JnT help you wrap items when you bring to the counter. I don't need to find box/wrapper etc. They used to do it all for me.

There was one time I ship many second hand item to one buyer. I bring them, they bubble wrap it one by one then ask me to go behind mamak take some box. I took one shitty box and gave them, they wrap the box nicely for me. Thumbs up

pihak J&T 2021 januari sudah mula menggila sekali lagi terhadap staff pekerja dengan memotong cara mendapatkan komisen.

pihak J&T sudah mengatur langkah dengan membuang elaun komisen runner start bulan januari, maksudnya jika barang tak capai 1200 penghantaran, elaun komisen tidak dapat. elaun penghantaran hanya dikire selepas 1201.

Start januari komisen 1200 parcel delivery kerja wat amal,lebih 1200 baru di kira contoh kalau bulan januari delivery 1500 parcel dia hanye bayar komisen yg 300 parcel sahaje sebab dah lepas 1200 kan,1200 parcel tu dia burn.so 300 parcel x 60sen hanya dapat rm180 sahaje.memang celaka kan,sifat belah kasihan tak ada lasung,dah macam komunis pihak orang atasan ni.

Komisen pikcup dari 4% dah jadi 1%,komisen admin clark lagi la semua dia potong.lepas ni ape pulak dorang nk potong?

dengan pengurangan komisen dari pihak atasan J&T, langsung tiada pembincangan dengan pihak staff yang lain tanpa persetujuan.. pihak atas mengambil kesempatan dalam kesempitan orang bawahan!nak cakap rugi pasal kes covid19?company j&t ni tak pernah tutup selama wabak covid19 ni melanda di negara kita,malahan barang semasa PKP bertimbung2 sampai tak cukup staff dorang ambil partime.lagi mau sembang company rugi ke?

jika barang korang oder tu lambat, harap nya paham la situasi kami ye.. dengan kekurangan runner, dengan pemotongan tiada komisen, hanya bergantung basic semata, semangat berkerja pun dah hilang.. gone! sampai staff pun boikot atas ketidakkan perihatinan dari pihak atasan..

anak muda bangsa melayu kerja nak rak hujan panas, orang atasan goyang lutut bawah aircond..

Anak melayu yang naik syarikat j&t ni tapi pihak atasan tidak bersyukur dengan kedudukan company sekarang yang dah stabil tapi mereka tak pandai jaga staff.

Aku seru kepada seller yg meniaga stop la guna perkhidmatan j&t dan customer stop guna j&t kalau masih guna,barang korang lambat sampai jangan marah sebab semua runner nak lari lepas ni,stop membeli brg kat shoppe guna j&t.boikot!!!!!!

boikot! bagi orang atasan sedar kepentingan orang bawahan!

I never doubt j& T speed anyway.
It is how their handling of parcel need to improve. Still get parcel kemek, lucky item no spoil.
