Don't be like that, people inexperience and naive, been used also don't know. She will figure it out 1-2 years after graduates and might not be a bad experience, at least she learn it the hard way sooner rather than later.

I am a senior engineer - this degree-less ipohmali fukker is just using interns as cheap Bangla labor to climb in pipes and do checking/cleaning.

This is the real world - there are heartless people who are willing to exploit interns and freshies for their own personal profit.
