For this I slightly beg to differ. You can't call a degree holder from a particular university half baked when you yourself do not have either a degree nor a diploma nor a cert. You don't have knowledge of the subject matter, neither the subjects that make up the course, how difficult it is to pass the course nor how relevant the course is to real life application.
