Did check the apps usage, nothing abnormal.
I put most of the apps to sleeping and I think it help a bit.

haha, tried use FHD and 60hz, and already used to 120 hz so hard go back to 60hz mode.
Thanks for advice and I felt it cooler bit in 60hz FHD.

So far no much ppl complaining the phone getting hot in normal use, except gaming and using camera.
Probably using a phone case better, now I didn't use phone case so my hand direct contact on phone ,can felt the heat on metal phone frame quite warm.

I use CPU monitor app to check temperature, normal usage CPU about 36-40'c, battery around 35-37'c.
No yet check the temperature while gaming/taking photo, but i guess can go up to 45 easily

I don't like malaysia samsung exynos also.
My Note8 is HK set with snapdragon, quite cooling for normal use.
But this time SD888 overheating issue is really bad, performance exynos 2100 not too far from SD888 so I just give it a try.

Actually production is already ramping up, just possible got difficulties in shipping, material supplier problem (due to Covid) or wrong estimation on the number of initial sales (maybe they thought that due to Covid not many people buying).

Update with some screen capture with CPU monitor app,

idle : CPU 33'c Bat 32'c (cool)
after few mins normal use : CPU 41'c Bat 37'c (quite warm to hold)
few mins camera : CPU 44'c Bat 40'c (phone is burning)

Go forthe s21u it's really nice haha. Even with wqhd, 120hz the battery is quite good actually.

i face this problem when migrate to s21ultra ( tng app, starbucks app, setel app)

uninstall the problem app from phone then reinstall it from google play store

Thanks for your reply, just wanna check if S21 signal would be better as with my experiences, the signal strength and quality is very unpleasant, the signal will hang or stuck. hmm perhaps I should consider first before getting myself an unit.
