App credit reload and even direct payment failed for the past few days. Anyone else have this issue?

No problem if recharge failed. It will get refunded immediately.

For me, I'll try again next day.

anyone know recharge fail how long get refund? i using boost to pay, not elinking credit

normally I get the refund immediately or on the same day, if not just drop them an email at kf-esim@caih.com

What happen? No human agent to attend live chat.

Try pay TNB bill multiple times, show Payment succesful. but status show Recharge Failed. Money now stuck in App Credit.

It's okay if system is down, but human agent to attend live chat should help besides email

Send email to them, quite fast reply. They said because of no stock. They like kedai runcit or cybercafe style. If they don't have stock, they will not sell. Like now no stock to purchase Touch N Go soft pin. Still tolerable lah. At least, their customer service do reply email. Now can pay TNB bill again

Just uninstalled elinking today.
It became useless since pgmall can also pay tnb using grabpay.

anywhere can buy tng pin with grab payment? So sad. Elinking can’t use anymore
