My Paid status transaction already refunded. But got 1 transaction still Recharging status since 4 July till now. Tried live chat but keep getting operator offline. Left message & sent email but till now still no response...

Who can we complaint to if this Elinking still not resolve the pending issues eg PAID, recharging but not complete...Normally they will refund quite fast but this time seems taking too long to respond.

whether e-linking has stopped the service? utilities, postpaid, prepaid, etc has nothing to purchase anymore. left $150 credit in the app.

Elinking is working currently. I'm able to pay Postpaid telco successfully few mins back.
