I paid RM100 (using elinking credit) , no fee incurred.
By right use their own credit wont incur fee.

You gotta press Pay then selected App Credit from there. It should show the fee as RM 0 for payments using App Credit

I was thinking of paying directly using Grabpay, instead of reloading as app credit, afraid of money stuck.

I got you.
I am also afraid of this situation.
Therefore I always check and make sure "msia electricity" is in the payee list , then only I quickly reload app credit and proceed with bill payment. But then one disadvantage is that the app credit topup amount is fixed denomination, cannot key in manually.

Reloading as App Credit always give me same thinking as yours.
But always stay between 50 & 100 reload only where I could risk my money.

TNG rm100 PIN when click purchase, always appear 'low stock'. So I stick with 2x RM50 and it works.

"account" mentioned in (1) n (4) referring to specific tnb account or elink account?
Want to pay to 2 diff tnb accounts on the same day using the same elink account.

Let say I have 2 tnb accounts A & B.
So for (1) I can pay to TNB A & B, max 1 time each on the same day?
and for (4) I can pay to TNB A & B, max 3 times each for the calendar month?

I paid 2 TNB accounts from same Elinking account on same day. It's fine.

Each TNB account only can transact 3 times per months. No matter coming from a single Elinking or more acct.
The 4th time will be failing.

Thanks for the confirmation. Finally I found an avenue to use up my grabpay and earning points, dont have to use POS PAM.

I have contacted customer service. They say it is a technical issue and will be resolved in about two days.

Still unable to pay today.
Had tunggakan cos I thought the previous payment went through as showing payment successful. Ended up saw that the paid amount got refunded today. Seriously messed up.

dont rely on elinking exclusively.

it's well know the app has stability issue for some time now.

even if the app seems fine, the other external-connected services (eg bill payments, TNB, etc etc) may not work correctly too.
