I actually reload rm10 to elink from TnGew to play the Goal Hunter challenge. Then paid tnb with discount vouchers. Has accumulated >rm200 in elink which i might use for tng softpin.

I read somewhere someone bought this softpin but cant use it.

Few cases where recharge failed, sometimes need to wait 1-2 days for funds to return, it will auto refund. But if not mistaken happened once or twice before no auto refund then I contacted them, no problem they refunded.

One case which super annoyed me was the pin has been used, called tng, they said not their problem, elinking has been playing merry-go-round with me. Long story short, think spent about 2 months with lots of pressure on elinking finally they refunded. It's a RM 100 reload.

Other than the above, no other issues

One case like this will already stop me from buying with elinking..

Thanks for the telling your bad experience. On the softpin that was already used, did u redeem it immediately after purchase?

so far no issues for me. just tried latest 2 days back. then again i only buy one pin at a time

to prevent this occur, i always wait until the pin released , then do the reload immediately.
Until now i'm lucky ...

Btw, Rm 100 always out of stock, i always redeem Rm 50 ~

Tried this afternoon both 50 n 100 out of stock. So i paid tmunifi instead.

Anyone used elinking to pay Assessment before or not? Many local council don't have proper transaction records (can't view if the bill has been paid), I'm just worried having difficulties verifying that payment actually went through, if it didn't, by the time I realize it maybe too late already knowing elinking's customer service
