Hi all. Elinking TnG softpin. 1st time is free I heard. 1st time is like 1sr time new user right. After that, every month I buy still got charges right

Should be everyday 1st purchase is free charges.

mine still not avaialble....email and chat, no reply


Updated app again.
Only managed Talk to live chat after update, refunded, re charge failed.
Just re charged again, successful.

grabpay -> topup into elinking App Credit -> use App Credit to pay bill ("malaysia electricity bill")

just checked, can use direct too: elinking --> pay bill by deducting grabpay

probably the app combine 2-in-1 steps: Online Bill Payment = Reload as App Credit --> Bill Payment

when you are selecting payment options, the description is shown as "top up"

Anyone bought softpin on 15th Jan after 12am will encountered 'forever' Recharging status.
After another apps updates, the recharging become failed and fund get returned. It's unusual and it's my 1st time.

I only able to buy RM50 after that. RM100 out of stock. Today I manage to buy RM100.

i've paid TNB twice using this method - once Razerpay and once Touch n Go ewallet
both also need to key in phone number and login, i believed it it the same for Boost too
too bad, these transactions won't count as scan and pay to utilize voucher in those ewallets

yes, this method seems better instead of dumping money into App Credit first before paying bills.

elinking app is redirecting from gateway --> ewallet directly to authorize deduction first. cant change their login method.
