grabpay -> topup into elinking App Credit -> use App Credit to pay bill ("malaysia electricity bill")

just checked, can use direct too: elinking --> pay bill by deducting grabpay

How do you do that? Without topping up elinking?

Nice.. Thanks.. Will try next time.. Really lazy to top up one denomination at a time.. Having to keep entering password and otps

Oh.. Then I guess we won't get the topup extra spin..

1) local council have portal to check transaction statement?

2) find other alternatives, if any. if your payment is critical, dont rely on untested/3rd-party service; unless you're emotionally-ready to handle uncertainties (elinking or local council, etc)

Emotionally ready 😂

But true, usually there's a portal to check. Most of my bills don't even come in paper form anymore.

Also, what @cybpsych said, applies to sketchy Elinking and any other "big shot" ewallet as well.. Use at your own risk. And emotionally ready to deal with CS.

Has anyone tried connecting to their live chat customer service? It seems to be offline.

Or is there a better alternative way to reach them?

Was curious, so I went to poke around..

Firstly, I've not bought any TnG pin..

Yet, there are still fees that apply. So I guess that 1 day 1 free theory is out the window.
