Not only case fan. Depends on what you buy.
My friend's RTX 3070 gets hot and noisy on Lian Li PC-O11 auto fan speed on case fan. I had to crank up to 70% fan speed for case fans.
Yes, get a good casing for a gaming PC. Phantek Eclipse P400A is one of the best price/performance.

Can't promise it will work though
Perhaps the thermal paste application on that GPU is really bad? Don't know for sure until you remove the heatsink to see the TIM application
My 2080 Ti at full load on air-cooling also reaches 80°C. But that's a 2080 Ti. Yours should be a lot cooler
260 Watts vs 120 Watts
**No, Gigabyte does not void the warranty for removing the heatsink, as long as you don't cause any physical damage while doing so

to know this.. run your game WITHOUT any side panels.. do you see any drop in temp? if yes, then perhaps a better airflow can help..
but if you see little to no difference.. then changing to another case wouldn't help

your case is shit go get a meshed one
should have do survey on casing before buying
initially was thinking to get tecware nexus m casing, then they shop no stock dy, end up just take this casing as the guy recommend me.
yesterday i tried over 1 side of panel, the temperature dropped like 3-4 degree
tonight i will try
1. install 2 more fans on top panel (air out) from my old rig
2. open 1 side panel
3. open another side panel
if opening the side panels really helps reducing the heat, then this casing will be wasted and have to get another casing
