What model and brand is the gtx 1660 super? Adding the case fans doesnt really do much.

From this review it seems that the card was designed in that way. You can try undervolting it or open the side panel and see if temps improve

it will be either the gpu or the airflow problem or my room is hot

i have searched some online reviews playing SOTR with the same gpu, averaged FPS is similar, but their temperature are way much lower (ard 70-72 degree celcius)

Try testing without your side panel. But usually it's our ambient temps and the card design

I get you. I know others are saying 80c is fine but i myself dont feel comfortable. That's what happened with my gtx 980 ti as well. I was using a non mesh case and my gtx 980 ti was hitting 83C and lower boost clock. I spend another rm180 to get dlm21 mesh. Case has mesh front and looks good too. Was it needed? Probably not. Was it satisfying and put my mind to ease? Yes. If you got the funds, just go for it. It's your money anyway. Sell your old case on fb marketplace.
