Good to hear that SWU still valid. Anyway if no others are fine too because TM router very basic only. Buy own one better. I upgraded to SWU early Dec 2021, same as you, nothing more beside speed only.

You shall show them the pricelist. Save your time to explain to them. Bear in mind the pricelist indicated the offer given up to 31 December 2021. Create bit of story that TM 100 shared this pricelist with you since your contract expired when you called them to ask.

Certain agent can offer 300mbps at RM129 up to 24 months. After 24 months, price back to RM149. You may do the calculation to compare all.

Not entirely sure to Unifi. Maxis service no longer tip top like last time nowadays. You need to be lucky to use Maxis service.

Usually settled within 24 hours. Do you get report number? Please ask the reference number in case you need to refer back. Happen to my house twice but Unifi sms alerted me before I found out and asked me to check if internet connection down. Twice I not at home. I just replied sms and they came next day morning settled the mess up cables at outside box which suspected messed up by "someone".

My one even got "unifi TV Residential:- XXXX@iptv" but actually this IPTV ID no longer can be used in unifiTV app. Anyway I do not use the voice call. No point to call.
