Guys, I just successfully upgrade my unifi fibre plan from 30Mbps to Stay with unifi 300Mbps RM 129. Is there anything I will get from TM?

I went to TM today. I did ask upgrade plan to stay with unifi 100Mbps She asked me where I get this info plan. I say people share info to me. But shes say only selected customer can get and I not eligible. But she offered me 300Mbps for 129. And I asked her I subscribe to 300Mbps package will I get any new router. She's say no. That's it

successfully asked for SWU program at TM point Pandan Indah for RM129 - 300Mbps. I am over the 2 years contract situation.

at first i do the talking got call about this SWU story, then the staff checked awhile and told me that this option is in the system for my account. If i opt for rm99 - 100Mbps will need to send the request to HQ.

I did asked her to not delete my 600min free call. she said it's not really good for her to do so cause HQ might question and ask her to justify.
However, she did mentioned that she will remain that term in my profiles, and see whether HQ will delete it or not (don't know whether it really stays there or not cause she is not showing me her screen).

Process was quick. just do thumb print, then arrange technician to come over to change router. haven't check whether the speed had been implemented or not

I just got the phone call from Maxis Fibre telemarketing. I'm only interested in 100Mbps. What can Unifi offer to counter RM129 x 6 months free + new router + public IP?
100Mbps SWU @ RM99 is mighty interesting but the chance of getting it is probably slim.

btw my colleague had very bad experience with maxis support because they are using unifi backbone, so unifi only can solve issues most of the time..and they will prioritize unifi customers 1st before maxis obviously..so you can imagine how much slower/longer maxis customers have to wait

Guys,I wanted to ask that one day I came back home and saw my BTU unit only lighting up the LAN1 light.And the distribution box at the outside of my house looks more messy than I remembered.So I check my CCTV and saw that during the noon when no one was at home.A van came and fiddle with the distribution box outside and I didn't get any internet now.

Then I ask that the jiran beside,they say got internet.Called 100 and they tell me to wait.Been 2 days still no update.What should I do?

This morning TM installer calling upgrade installment for my SWU 300Mbps, I request the installer confirm does my upgrade include (free voice STD20), but the installer unable to check.

Than I call 100 to confirm and getting answer my upgrade was included the free voice STD20    , so who wan free voice STD20 try just ask for it. who know after next few month we can ask removed the free voice STD20 since it was addon services which cost RM20.

159 for 800mbps, the best deal ever

Hello guys, recently I got the 30days free speed upgrade from 100Mbps to 300Mbps. My question, if I wanna keep that 300 speed upgrade, how much will I need to pay? Now I pay RM136.75 (RM129 for 100Mbps).

How u guys downgrade ur unifi if under contract? I can’t downgrade due to i subscribed to 300mbps with deco m4 @ rm159? I was called the other day, I can’t downgrade, only 2023 then can downgrade. If want downgrade now, need to pay the penalty for the unifi + deco and the remaining month 😭
