not separate issue. Still the same issue of a break-in.

it's a licensed dog but barking and causing nuisance as always.

I'm sorry i'm not sure whats your point

With MBSJ taking action or them entering without permission? Without the facts of the case i cant comment. Probably you can follow the Gerakan guys' page for updates. He might assist with legal action if there are grounds, he's already pretty invested in the drama

Went at this being angry at the city council until I saw the design of the awning. Sure salah lah. That fucking thing is spilling rain water on the neighbour's car porch area.

To have come to this means the neighbor has already asked the auntie many times to remove it and the city council have already did their due deligence. Even ada polis summore. They won't act without knowing if be law will protect them.

End up it's race issue again. So celaka one some west Malaysians, angry all scold malay lah, cina babi lah... *face-palm*
*
as far I can see lah, to deal with mbsj is way easier compared to mbsa ( shah alam ) and dbkl ( this one really &*()!@&* )

Don't pretend you don't understand the issue of a break-in. I am just asking you is it okay to just break-in to remove the doggy if neighbour dog barking always without court order?

I understand the issue of breaking in without a court order. I dont know the facts if this is a break in. If yes then take action, she's entitled to it in the eyes of the law. Simple. But i'm not siding with the aunty period.

You didnt need the dog analogy. Straight forward question gets straight forward answers.
