Local councils are sensible. No complaints they wont act. If you attempt to legalise later when you sell your house, probably will be slapped with a fine. They wont demolish either unless its a safety hazard.

Always always as a courtesy introduce yourself to your neighbours when you just move in and inform them of your renovation. If your renovation will in one way or another directly affect them, consult them as well. Bangalow different story but not all of us stay in one

if neighbour dog always barks nonstop whole day, you can break in to catch the doggie?

Thats a separate issue, but if nego fail you can complain to local council to act. If dog unlicensed he's in trouble. Licensed also he will, most local councils attach a condition to the issuance of license; no nuisance to neighbour

been like this for years.

not separate issue. Still the same issue of a break-in.

it's a licensed dog but barking and causing nuisance as always.

not trying to vroom but this is happening everywhere when certain vroomm open food stall or business. Happen at my neighbourhood area also especially now with the DBKL allowing people to operate food stalls everywhere.
