that's for attacking yeah.. but i meant more about our injury crisis this season.. you can only laugh at such luck..

we have like 7 players not available due to injury and 1 to suspension. so 8 first teamers out..

kai, jesus, calafiori, jorginho, tomiyasu, gabriel, white (not fit).. partey suspension..

our bench yesterday is a joke for a UCL semi finals match.. Probably one of the worst bench ever in the history of UCL semifinals match..
4 youth academy players who have never played senior football before, and 1 youth academy who is just breaking through..

If MLS isn't HIM, then we would have 6 academy players in the squad of a UCL semi finals..

Subs: Neto, Setford, White, Tierney, Zinchenko, Henry-Francis, Nwaneri, Butler-Oyedeji, Kabia, Sterling.

Kepa as backup keeper actually quite good what.. and for 5mil only.. PL and CL proven. Was okay at Bournemouth last season, no howlers or brain dead moves..

You wont find a better choice as a backup keeper out there. plus we quite literally dont have a backup keeper at all....
and most importantly keeps Raya on his toes from being complacent..

Good to get this sorted and out of the way so that we can focus on the other more important positions that need strengthening

thats why i say he was okay in Bournemouth last season. and before that he was at Real Madrid was okay didn't had any controversy as well..

and that substitute incident happened in 2019 la.. 6 years ago..

Technically we dont because our RB/LB able to slot in to CB as well. White/Cala/Tomiyasu all able to play as CB and have played as CB in the past...

But the problem is our RB/LB also injured or injury prone making them unavailable..

Last season Big Gabi injured and our only backup CB is Kiwior.. If Saliba/Kiwi also get injured then we wont have any CB at all kek

btw you guys prefer gyok or sesko..? im still undecided between the 2..

Gyok looks like a lethal finisher but weak header.
Sesko looks like a slightly better at finishing Havertz..


Tbh i prefer Gyok, but Arteta seems to prefer Sesko due to our playstyle..
But it makes sense also la why Arteta/Berta would prefer Sesko, because of the way teams defend against us.. and also Gyok is older..

Gyok better for more direct teams, most effective where he can run in from behind oppo's backline.. Also that's not our attacking playstyle..
Sesko better for us passing2 around type trying to break oppo's low block... Which also fits our playstyle...
