It's one thing if Kai was receiving service AND kept missing/fluffing his shots. But thing is, Kai isn't even receiving much service atm apart from set pieces.

So even if another striker was in place we would still be facing the same problem. Our left side is non-existent thanks to our cursed LB crisis. Left midfield also gone case whereas before this Cala or Zinny will bomb that space if they are not overlapping. Not helped also by the fact Martinelli has been shite, and Trossard's form seems to have regressed ever since he gave away that goal..

If we can get a lethal shooter like Sanchez then yeah it can solve our problem cause Kai is not the shooting type and Kai's strengths more on bringing his teammates into play and himself exploiting spaces inside the box..

Liverpool are too good this season but stranger things has happened in football, so we can only do our part and win our games.

Havertz been tragic this game.. But it seems like the whole squad also trying to be clowns.

Also Sterling looks like a flop or our tactics is just so braindead, so many players occupying each other's spaces..

and we play so sloooooow. By time we try and make any play all 10 opponents back to defend... Plus our own team theres like 18 humans in the area..
How tf to play ball unless we just relying on chaos and deflections to score a goal, which seems to be the case..

Dont get me started on how infuriatingly slow we take throw-ins as well. Arteta instructed whole team to play slow ass football or what.. Nobody dare to do anything fast. Keep sideways backwards and recycle..

Wtf why are we bringing back the doughnut of sadness/horseshoe of death play.. I want our 22/23 and 23/24 playstyle back..
Tbh we really dont deserve to win PL with this kind of play..

I dont need to shift any goalposts bro. Pls get your facts right. My stance from day 1 has been to support Kai. He is our player there is no use slating him. The worst part is rats like you only come out from the woodworks when he's not performing well. But all the other times when he was on form for like 1 and a half season, when he was scoring crucial winning goals or sometimes the only winning goal in a 1-0 win, all hiding like some coward wont even dare to show your face.

PPS: Odegaard last season got 8 goals, we are at halfway mark of the season and he currently only has 1 goal. Odegaard used to be able to shoot. But this season all his shots have been downright shit. + missed the pen that could have advanced us further in FA cup.
So nobody wanna burn our captain at the stake yet?

I think you can do the same for almost every squad member and their drop off in form this season. Kai's current form is indeed not good. So is the entire squad, and its downright moronic if you think Kai is our biggest problem atm.

and as much shit as Kai has been getting, at the very least he is still improving.
He has been frustrating in a couple of games recently this season, BUT he is not worse than last season. and last season he was objectively good.

He is still one of our main g/a contributors in the team, yet people find every little reason to hate on him.
He missed 2 chances in 2 games after 8 days out with Norovirus. Those 2 games were enough for the “Havertz is shit!” lot to come flying out of the woodwork after a year in hiding. Absolutely shameless.
