my  new house i got chap  lalang ones from developer.  it works  but how  good is the safety/reliability  remains suspect.

1 case i have, after finish install heater for customer, suddenly the ceiling all banjir. flooded the whole house.
the inlet pipe for the water tank got a bypass, skip the float, likely done by a plumber in the past to give water pressure. hidden INSIDE the tank summore.
this bypass karat already, not using s/steel, so when we we're there, the vibrations burst the pipe, causing the water tank to overflow and banjir.
no overflow piping summore.

ofkos owner blame me kaw2. luckily can fix, but now owner blame me, water no pressure.

next time pasang pump la if wanna waterfall shower

I kana twice already with this current SD house. first water sipping during heavy rain. fine. maybe roof problem. fixed then ok.
