1 case i have, after finish install heater for customer, suddenly the ceiling all banjir. flooded the whole house.
the inlet pipe for the water tank got a bypass, skip the float, likely done by a plumber in the past to give water pressure. hidden INSIDE the tank summore.
this bypass karat already, not using s/steel, so when we we're there, the vibrations burst the pipe, causing the water tank to overflow and banjir.
no overflow piping summore.

ofkos owner blame me kaw2. luckily can fix, but now owner blame me, water no pressure.

next time pasang pump la if wanna waterfall shower

1 case, subcontractor stole s/steel pipes, ganti cheap pvc. cannot tahan hot water so all cair = leak.
2nd case, contractors were unpaid, so they protest by pouring cement into main water line, rosak all the valves.

3rd time, paling kelakar, solar water heater panels got water on them, after raining. developer call say not happy because look ugly.

i think i read in FB where he claimed panasonic inverter aircond is not jimat elektrik and was promoting some chapalang local normal air cond brand.

but he deleted the video and posting after panasonic sent their experts to him and he then somehow went from panasonic hater to panasonic no.1 supporter
