I would like to point out he wins contests almost all over Malaysia despite the 3 saman was in Sarawak. Econsave contest he pick up in Shah Alam(if it is by total spend, he should be shopping a lot at Econsave - Sarawak only has 3, i googled) and pick up another win in Melaka.
