I just noticed there are two visible lines like sunken in on my leather case. Then I checked back the photo I took the moment I unboxed it and apparently they were there. Is this normal condition?

Otherwise, do you think I can report to Apple and get it replaced?

Since the end of October, a few hundred users have taken yo Apple's forums to report that their iPhone 12 (with reports seemingly covering all fourmodels) drops the cellular connection on 5G and 4G networks. This seems to be happening more often with Verizon and AT&T users but T-Mobile clients experience the issue too.

A separate Reddit thread has been created just for this and owners of iPhone 12 say that this happens mostly while they are traveling by car. The workaround, for now, is to turn on the airplane mode on and off again. One of the commenters said that he was able to reach one of the PR execs and he confirmed that Apple is aware of the issue and is currently investigating. Perhaps a fix is on its way.

It is unique character of a leather case as each one is with different texture that will help to create a unique patina later. That being said, I would return it if the return process is easy. Also bought a Saddle Brown case yesterday and mine is perfect without those marks as yours

you can try to contact Apple Support by calling them. Also if you are requesting for replacement, try to ask them to send you the replacement first instead of waiting for the returned to reach baru send out the replacement.

Yeah, in retrospect I should have just went with the Apple option. Oh well

It also depends on when you sell it. I sold mine before the warranty expired and before the 12 launched early October for RM4k but I imagine it’d be hard to get that amount now if I had held on to my 11 Pro Max.

On Maxis and have not experienced this.

Perhaps you pressed a little too hard when you installing the case hence the lines appeared. I believe they will be gone after a while.

Have been using the leather case since the phone launched. Sometimes my case will have these lines too but they disappeared after a while. I think this is unavoidable even you change to a new one.

Yeah, just heavier but if you want security, this is the case to go.

I only waited 4 days and that's with customized backplate.

There are a lot of local resellers selling Nomad here, don't have to buy from overseas.

Anyone bought catalyst case or UAG civilian? I comparing this two cases now. Don’t know which case feel good on hand.

In retrospect, I should actually get the apple leather sleeve and use the phone naked as it comes with the wallet / protection hahaha.

Ya. Catalyst had good button to play with when we have nothing to play. I have used Catalyst before but never on UAG. Not sure how it feels. Some rubber or plastic will cause stickiness and finger print magnet too.

BTW UAG civilian eggplant looks so elegant.

Endeavour dunno ler... when i buy my 7+ also RM5k+ and now also same price u say lar... it's up to u whether ur budget justify the upgrade or not

rayhvs since u used before cataylst... then try UAG Civilian ma... later no fun... resell to me cheap2 (pro max only)
